火巖控股(01909.HK)與FOMO Pay就區塊鏈支付方案及遊戲應用開展合作
格隆匯9月7日丨火巖控股(01909.HK)公吿，公司與東南亞領先的一站式移動支付解決方案和數字銀行解決方案提供商FOMO PayPte.Ltd.("FOMOPay")已經訂立戰略合作框架協議。FOMO Pay為首批於新加坡獲頒"數碼支付代幣服務"(Digital Payment Token Service)牌照的"大型支付機構"(MajorPayment Institution)，能提供包括央行數字貨幣和虛擬貨幣在內的數碼支付代幣服務。
據此，訂約雙方同意進行戰略合作，共同合作研發基於區塊鏈技術的電子支付服務，便利遊戲開發商以多元方式向玩家銷售遊戲虛擬道具，增加遊戲開發商收入，亦使玩家可透過區塊鏈技術以更平宜更快捷的方式為遊戲充值及進行遊戲虛擬道具交易。
透過與FOMO Pay合作，不但為玩家提供更快更平宜的方式為遊戲充值，亦將令集團能快速獲得區塊鏈技術應用場景，以便發展跨平台遊戲虛擬道具及其他數字資產交易結算技術。
董事會認為以上技術配合集團其他團隊正在開發的項目，即透過區塊鏈的NFT非同質化代幣(NonFungibleToken)技術使遊戲內部份特定數字資產如皮膚或道具變得獨一無二及不可複製，可令公司遊戲中的數字資產能進行跨遊戲應用及玩家間互相交易和支付，使遊戲虛擬道具變得更有收藏價值，令遊戲未來可出售更多產品以提升收入。
公司認為擴展區塊鏈遊戲生態系統是未來遊戲業發展的主要方向，建立真正由玩家擁有的數字資產，令玩家在遊戲中有價值的行為(如玩家在遊戲中投入時間)或購買的道具等的產權能得到確認，再透過持有並交易數字資產得到其他價值回報。
而當規模成熟後，利用區塊鏈去中心化及不可修改的特性，能伸延至其他非遊戲相關的數字資產的交易(如藝術作品等)，亦可創造屬於玩家的交易信用評級，為用户提供數字資產管理及交易買賣相關方面的服務將會是一大業務價值。而透過與FOMOPay合作將會是本公司向此目標踏出的重要一步。
