小米:股東五源資本向其基金投資人轉配1.84億股股份
格隆匯9月7日丨港交所披露文件顯示,小米集團(1810.HK)股東五源資本(前晨興資本)持有的小米集團權益,在近日發生變動。9月3日,Morningside China TMT Fund I, L.P.和Morningside China TMT Fund II, L.P.將目前持有的1.84億股小米集團B類股,全部轉配給其基金投資人。根據披露文件顯示,轉移之後,五源資本不再持有小米股份。市場分析人士認為,此次披露變動僅涉及小米股份的分配和轉移,不涉及股東減持,而轉配股份的市場風險已在上週釋放完畢。
