愛爾眼科(300015.SZ)：將舉辦第二期“服務體驗官”活動
格隆匯9月7日丨愛爾眼科(300015.SZ)公佈，一直以來，廣大患者和投資者對促進公司旗下醫院的發展起到了巨大推動作用，督導醫院不斷把“以患者為中心”的原則落實到醫療服務的全流程。
2021年，公司全面開啟高質量發展新徵程，更需要患者、投資者和社會各界的督促和支持。為此，在集團內部“飛行檢查制度”的基礎上，公司於今年3月舉辦了第一期“投資者服務體驗官”活動，100名全國各地的“體驗官”通過明察暗訪各地愛爾醫院，對醫療服務質量全環節進行實際考察。活動結束後，公司收集了“體驗官”的反饋意見，根據個性問題和共性問題，分別組織醫院落實改進，有效促進了整體醫療服務水平的完善和提升。
為進一步貫徹規範經營、創新服務的發展理念，公司將舉辦第二期“投資者服務體驗官”活動，進一步擴大“體驗官”的名額和醫院覆蓋範圍，歡迎證券市場投資者(包括但不限於本公司股東)報名參與。
本次活動的具體安排如下：
一、報名時間：自本公吿發布之日起至2021年9月12日止。
二、邀請對象及入選原則：本次活動邀請200人蔘與，包括但不限於本公司股東。為擴大醫院覆蓋面，每家醫院設有體驗名額限制，公司根據報名時間優先原則與“服務體驗官”協商確定其意向醫院。因名額有限，有實際眼科醫療需求者優先安排，第一期報名但因名額限制未能參與者，本次報名優先安排。
三、“服務體驗官”權益：
1、免費體驗以下項目之一：屈光檢查、白內障檢查、視光檢查、乾眼檢查、高度近視&糖尿病視網膜病變檢查。“服務體驗官”以患者身份正常入院檢查、繳費，體驗結束後公司總部報銷相關檢查費用；
2、獲得“服務體驗官聘書”一本。在聘書一年有效期內，“服務體驗官”享受專屬權益和服務(詳見聘書約定)；
3、獲得“護眼產品大禮包”一份。
四、活動期間：2021年9月27日-10月26日，在此期間內，“服務體驗官”可自行確定體驗時間。
五、報名方式：掃描下方二維碼報名。入選後，公司將於9月18日-9月23日期間與“服務體驗官”聯繫確認活動細則。
