飛魚科技(01022.HK)上半年營收毛利增長穩健，計劃下半年推出2至3款手機遊戲
格隆匯8月27日丨飛魚科技(01022.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收益為人民幣5167萬，同比增長9.7%；毛利為人民幣3616.5萬元，同比增長11.1%；母公司擁有人應占期內虧損為人民幣967.7萬元，同比顯著收窄56.8%，基本及攤薄每股虧損為人民幣0.01元。
公司於2021年上半年保持穩定及強健的財務表現，乃得益於其優質及長壽命週期的多元化遊戲組合。
在新遊戲開發方面，飛魚秉承利用公司現有知識產權開發優質遊戲及新產品的策略。2021年上半年，公司對其研發團隊開發具競爭力且受歡迎的遊戲有耐心。於2021年5月，公司在中國同時於iOS及安卓平台推出"逆轉回合"(一款RPG手機遊戲)，並欣然看到該遊戲的表現令人鼓舞。玩家有較強支付意願，這表明該遊戲具有較強的收益潛力，為公司進一步在日本及台灣等其他亞洲市場推出該遊戲奠定堅實基礎。
作為公司知識產權策略不可或缺部分，知識產權授權於報吿期內繼續貢獻可觀收益，並透過多元化分銷渠道進一步提升相關遊戲在各玩家羣體的品牌知名度。於報吿期內，公司與現有授權合作伙伴維持長期關係，一方面增加新項目，另一方面探索新的授權合作伙伴關係。於2021年6月，作為"保衞蘿蔔之金蘿蔔"活動的一部分，公司在美圖應用程式推出相同主題的壁紙。"保衞蘿蔔"相關貼紙及壁紙自2018年起一直可於美圖應用程式取得並廣受歡迎。此外，公司於2021年6月訂立授權協議，允許深圳市佳鴻創意有限公司於其家居產品中應用"保衞蘿蔔"遊戲系列形象。
於報吿期內，騰訊的全資附屬公司THLHLimited於認購公司10%經擴大已發行股本後成為本公司主要股東，其不僅為加強本公司財務狀況提供額外資金，增強新遊戲的研發及營銷能力，亦為未來更多合作提供可能性。認購事項後，騰訊透過THLHLimited進一步收購公司當時已發行股本總額約5.24%。於公吿日期，騰訊於本公司已發行股本總額中擁有約15.24%權益。
此外，公司計劃於2021年下半年針對國內外市場推出2至3款手機遊戲，而其正在開發的其他遊戲計劃於2022年或之後推出。
