中信股份(00267.HK)上半年歸母淨利潤升64%至442億港元 中期息15港仙
格隆匯8月27日丨中信股份(00267.HK)公佈，2021年上半年，面對嚴峻複雜的外部形勢，公司搶抓復甦有利時機，經營業績創歷史新高，錄得歸屬於普通股股東淨利潤442億港元，較2020年同期增長64%。其中，金融板塊持續穩定向好，利潤增長32%，實業板塊把握機遇，拉動整體業績顯著提升，利潤增長130%，綜合性企業集團的業務結構優勢進一步顯現。截至6月30日，中信股份的現金及備用承諾信貸總額為377億港元，可用於未來運營和投資。董事會建議派發中期股息每股0.15港元，較去年同期多派0.05港元。
綜合金融服務板塊堅持服務實體經濟，各項業務發展態勢良好。我們已向中國人民銀行提交設立中信金控申請，併成為首家獲受理公司，目前正在緊鑼密鼓開展各項籌備工作。中信銀行積極推動輕資本業務，上半年實現手續費收入增長18%及利潤增長13.7%，同時資產質量不斷夯實，不良貸款餘額及不良率近十年來首次實現“雙降”。中信證券利潤增長37%，主要業務指標繼續保持市場前列，股權融資主承銷規模、債券主承銷規模均排名同業首位。中信信託推進業務轉型和結構調整，拓展標品投資、家族信託等創新業務，利潤增長88%。中信保誠聚焦價值業務，保費收入增幅領先行業水平，利潤增長57%。
先進智造板塊持續提升智能化水平，利潤增長86%。中信戴卡加快實施數字化戰略，“燈塔工廠”項目進入最終評審環節，摩洛哥工廠二期年產量300萬隻鋁車輪生產線全面達產，受益於汽車市場回暖以及輕量化需求提升，利潤增長81%。中信重工新業務發展勢頭強勁，轉型升級成效明顯，海上風電及礦用機器人業務均實現高速增長。
先進材料板塊積極推進降本增效，受益於上半年全球大宗商品價格上漲，利潤大幅提升280%。中信澳礦有效作業率已達到同類礦山先進水平，產量持續提升，業績顯著增長。中信泰富特鋼持續強化運營管理及優化產品結構，不斷運用創新技術降低物料消耗，利潤增長52%。中信金屬貿易及投資業務發展勢頭良好，利潤大幅增長153%，旗下艾芬豪剛果(金)銅礦項目提前投產。中信資源推動原油生產精細化管理和負債結構優化，期內實現扭虧為盈。
新消費板塊立足現有基礎，以客户為中心深耕業務領域，伴隨上半年消費市場反彈，實現扭虧增利8.22億港元。大昌行緊抓汽車市場復甦機遇，主動調整代理品牌組合，實現扭虧為盈。中信出版積極探索線下門店運營新模式，構建線上線下聯通的會員體系，利潤增長52%。中信國際電訊錄得穩健盈利，成為澳門首家實現5G信號室內外全覆蓋的運營商。
新型城鎮化板塊積極融入國家區域發展戰略，內地及香港地產業務均實現理想銷售和穩定出租物業收益。工程承包業務深耕國內區域市場，新籤合同穩步增加，全力推進崇禮冰雪小鎮等重點項目建設。剔除受海外疫情影響對部分項目計提撥備因素後，板塊經營性利潤同比增長24%。
