《復牌公告》海鑫集團(01850.HK)控股權折讓75%易手 觸技術全購
海鑫集團(01850.HK)公布,控股股東Standard Dynamic向獨立第三方Great Season、聯騰及任桂生(作為聯合要約人)出售合共75%持股,涉及6億股份,現金總代價2億元,相當於每股作價0.3333元。完成後,聯合要約人需按例提出強制性全購要約,每股現金0.3334元,較停牌前折讓75.12%。涉資最多6,668萬元。
截止後,聯合要約人將繼續集團現有主要業務,並維持公司之上市地位。
公股股份申請周四(19日)恢復買賣。
