建聯集團(00385.HK)預期中期淨利下跌超70%
格隆匯8月17日丨建聯集團(00385.HK)公吿,集團預期截至2021年6月30日止6個月錄得溢利淨額較截至2020年同期所錄得溢利淨額6060萬港元下跌超過70%。董事會認為溢利淨額下跌主要由於以下因素:
(a)集團樓宇建築部門錄得涉及項目竣工成超支虧損。有關超支一部分源於過去數年社會動盪及疫情造成相關延誤。同時,最近獲授予項目因進行時間較短,致使新項目溢利貢獻無法抵銷舊有已竣工項目虧損;(b)集團樓宇服務部門收入增加、但毛利率減少情況,原因為材料及物流成增加。
此外,疫情造成相關延誤亦降低了項目表現;及(c)相較2020年提供豐厚補貼,香港政府於2021年終止提供防疫補貼。
