巨匠建設(01459.HK)盈喜:上半年淨利預增30%至40%
格隆匯8月10日丨巨匠建設(01459.HK)發佈公吿,預計截至2021年6月30日止六個月期間,集團錄得未經審核淨利潤與去年同期約人民幣5740萬元相比增長約30%至40%。
公吿稱,該增加主要由於集團於該期間確認收入及毛利增加,其主要是由於截至2020年12月31日的儲備價值水平較高以及集團承接的新項目淨值增加所致;及該期間並無出現截至2020年6月30日止六個月內確認出售附屬公司的虧損約人民幣640萬元導致該期間的其他開支減少。
