*ST松江(600225.SH)：公開招募重整戰略投資者
格隆匯8月6日丨*ST松江(600225.SH)公佈，公司被天津市第二中級人民法院(“法院”)裁定受理重整，存在因重整失敗而被宣吿破產的風險。如果公司被宣吿破產，公司將被實施破產清算，根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》(2020年12月修訂)第13.4.14條的規定，公司股票將面臨被終止上市的風險。
為順利推進公司重整工作，公開、公平、公正引入重整投資者，管理人依照《中華人民共和國企業破產法》及相關法律規定，公開招募重整戰略投資者。此次重整投資者招募具有不確定性，存在報名期內未能招募到合格重整投資者的可能。此次重整投資者招募結果將可能對公司重整進展造成影響。
招募條件如下：1.意向重整投資人應當是依法設立並有效存續的企業法人/非法人組織或具備完全民事行為能力的自然人，具有較高的社會責任感和良好的商業信譽，最近三年無重大違法行為或涉嫌有重大違法行為，未被列入失信被執行人名單。
2.意向重整戰略投資者不限行業，但擁有系統集成、IDC 建設與託管、雲計算等信息技術領域的經營和管理能力，或擁有相關行業經營管理或者併購整合經驗者，可在同等條件下優先考慮。
3.意向重整戰略投資者應確保公司註冊地在天津市不發生變化，有意願推動公司立足天津、積極參與天津經濟社會建設。
4.意向重整戰略投資者應具備較好的財務實力，並能出具相應的資信證明或其他履約能力證明。
5.意向重整戰略投資者註冊資本應不低於人民幣20億元，總資產不低於人民幣100億元。
6.兩個或兩個以上的意向重整戰略投資者可聯合參與投資，其中至少有一個意向重整戰略投資者符合全部資格條件。
7.如法律法規、監管政策對投資者的主體資格有相關規定的，意向重整戰略投資者應確保符合該等要求。
8.管理人根據重整工作需要認為意向重整戰略投資者需要符合的其他條件。
