中國通號(03969.HK)：5月至6月中標33.35億元軌道交通市場重要項目
格隆匯7月23日丨中國通號(03969.HK)發佈公吿，2021年5月至6月，公司在軌道交通市場共中標十二個重要項目，其中在鐵路市場中標六個重要項目，分別為新建廣州(新塘)至汕尾鐵路弱電系統集成工程，中標金額人民幣5.49億元；匈塞鐵路塞爾維亞境內舊帕佐瓦(不含)－諾維薩德(不含)區段信號、通信及信息系統工程項目，中標金額人民幣2.99億元；新建地方鐵路連界至樂山線通信、信號、信息、電力施工分包工程項目，中標金額人民幣2.10億元；新建福州至廈門鐵路四電系統集成及相關工程自購物資採購談判(軌道電路)項目，中標金額人民幣1.36億元；新朔鐵路準池鐵路卧廠站擴能改造工程項目，中標金額人民幣1.10億元；朔黃鐵路2020年第七批大中修工程施工公開招標朔黃鐵路區間自閉更新改造等工程二標段施工項目，中標金額人民幣1.06億元。
在城市軌道交通市場中標六個重要項目，分別為上海市軌道交通3/4號線信號系統更新改造工程信號系統集成項目，中標金額人民幣10.00億元；深圳市軌道交通12號線PPP項目信號、綜合監控等弱電系統安裝工程項目，中標金額人民幣2.59億元；墨西哥城公共交通系統1號線列車、控制系統和軌道整體現代化項目通信系統採購與安裝項目，中標金額人民幣2.43億元；深圳地鐵6號線支線及其二期工程信號系統設備採購項目，中標金額人民幣1.58億元；温州市域鐵路S2線一期工程信號及AFC系統安裝工程項目，中標金額人民幣1.33億元；洛陽市城市軌道交通2號線一期工程弱電系統安裝施工01標段項目，中標金額人民幣1.32億元。
以上項目中標金額總計約為人民幣33.35億元，約佔公司中國會計準則下2020年經審計營業收入的約8.36%。因為上述項目跨年分期實施，對2021年當期業績影響有不確定性；如以上項目簽訂正式合同並順利實施，在項目執行期間預計對公司產生較為積極的影響。
