五糧液(000858.SZ)：選舉鄒濤為副董事長並聘其為總經理
格隆匯7月21日丨五糧液(000858.SZ)公佈，公司第五屆董事會第九十二次會議決議，審議通過關於選舉公司副董事長、聘任公司總經理的議案；
根據《關於推薦鄒濤等五名同志任職的通知》(宜委幹〔2021〕241號)、《關於提名鄒濤等八名同志職務任免的通知》(宜委幹〔2021〕227號)及《關於鄒濤同志任職的通知》(宜國資幹〔2021〕79號)文件精神，經董事會提名委員會提名，獨立董事發表獨立意見，選舉鄒濤為公司第五屆董事會副董事長，聘任鄒濤為公司總經理，任期與其他高管一致。
亦審議通過關於任免公司高級管理人員的議案；
根據《關於推薦鄒濤等五名同志任職的通知》(宜委幹〔2021〕241號)及《關於劉明等三名同志職務任免的通知》(宜國資幹〔2021〕76號)文件精神，經董事會提名委員會提名，獨立董事發表獨立意見，聘任劉明為公司總工程師，任期與其他高管一致。
根據國有企業領導人員相關管理辦法，朱忠玉、唐聖雲因年齡原因不再擔任公司副總經理職務。
鄒濤，漢族，1978年4月出生，四川富順人，中共黨員，全日制研究生學歷。現任五糧液集團公司黨委委員、副董事長，公司黨委委員、副董事長、總經理，兼任宜賓五糧濃香系列酒公司董事長。2004年7月參加工作。2004年7月至2009年12月在四川省公安廳工作，歷任經偵總隊執法指導支隊(七支隊)副支隊長、經濟犯罪舉報中心副主任等職務；2009年12月至2017年1月在四川省紀委工作，歷任第四紀檢監察室副主任、第二紀檢監察室主任等職務；2017年1月至2018年7月任五糧液集團公司黨委副書記；2018年7月起任五糧液集團公司黨委委員、副董事長，公司黨委委員、常務副總經理；2018年11月起任公司董事；2019年7月起兼任宜賓五糧濃香系列酒公司董事長；2021年7月起任公司副董事長、總經理。
