萬里揚(002434.SZ):香港利邦協議轉讓5.9%的股份予陝西省國際信託已完成過户
格隆匯7月19日丨萬里揚(002434.SZ)公佈,此前披露,2021年5月28日,香港利邦與陝西省國際信託股份有限公司(代表“陝國投·昌豐52號單一資金信託”)(“受讓方”)簽署了《股份轉讓協議》,香港利邦擬通過協議轉讓方式向受讓方轉讓其持有的公司無限售流通股7900萬股股份(佔公司總股本的5.90%),轉讓價格為8.10元/股,轉讓總價為人民幣63990萬元。
2021年7月16日,公司持股5%以上股東香港利邦實業有限公司(“香港利邦”)協議轉讓公司部分股份已在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司辦理完成過户登記手續。
股份過户登記完成後,陝西省國際信託股份有限公司(代表“陝國投·昌豐52號單一資金信託”)持有公司無限售流通股7900萬股股份,佔公司總股本的5.90%,為公司第四大股東。
