港股異動 | 頤海國際(1579.HK)跌逾7% 機構紛紛唱空
格隆匯7月19日丨上週迎來一波反彈後,頤海國際(1579.HK)今天重回跌勢,現跌逾7%,報50.35港元,連續6個月下跌,年內累計跌幅達逾56%,總市值527億港元。光大證券發研報預測,頤海國際今年將處於毛利率低點,疊加費用投放力度加強,利潤端壓力較大,該行下調頤海國際2021-2023年歸母淨利潤預測分別為9.65/12.48/15.26元,下調目標價至65港元。美銀證券發報吿指,預期頤海國際今年上半年純利下跌10%,主要由於產品組合轉至低毛利板塊及研發比率上升,令毛利率受損。將其目標價由55港元降至51.5港元,評級維持“跑輸大市”。
