豪爾賽(002963.SZ)：擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯7月11日丨豪爾賽(002963.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年7月9日召開第二屆董事會第九次會議，審議通過了《關於變更經營範圍並修訂<公司章程>的議案》，同意公司因業務發展需要在原經營範圍基礎上增加部分內容，並對《公司章程》中相應條款進行修訂。
變更前經營範圍：“技術推廣、技術服務；專業承包；工業生產活動諮詢；交通運輸諮詢；郵政、通信諮詢；市政建設及規劃諮詢；銷售五金交電(不含實體店鋪經營)、日用品。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)”
擬變更後經營範圍：“技術推廣、技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術轉讓、產品設計、技術孵化；技術市場管理服務；專業承包；工業生產活動諮詢；交通運輸諮詢；郵政、通信諮詢；市政建設及規劃諮詢；銷售五金交電(不含實體店鋪經營)、日用品；數據處理；軟件開發；科技評估；科技信息交流；市場調查；軟件服務；計算機系統服務；信息系統集成服務；雲計算服務；信息技術諮詢服務；科技成果鑑定服務；高新技術創業服務；停車場服務；城市園林綠化服務；安全技術防範工程(系統)設計、施工(安裝)、維護；工程設計；電子工程；通信工程；城市及道路照明工程；設計、製作、代理、發佈廣吿；文藝創作、文藝創作服務；組織文化藝術交流活動(不含演出)；設備安裝、租賃；物業管理；承辦展覽展示活動；文藝表演；演出經紀；園區管理服務；票務代理；餐飲管理；旅遊節慶、會展、休閒體育開發；旅遊規劃、策劃，景區運營，文化項目投融資；旅遊商品研發投資；旅遊文化廣吿開發；文化休閒娛樂服務、其他文化服務；從事網絡文化產品的展覽、比賽活動；廣播電視節目製作。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)”
此次變更經營範圍以市場監督管理部門核准登記結果為準。
