美聯布少明:柏傲莊III利息補貼合理 料大部分買家將繼續交易
新世界發展(00017.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展的大圍站「柏傲莊」第三期兩座須拆卸重建。美聯物業住宅部行政總裁布少明表示,發展商反應迅速,主動拆卸重建項目,是負責任的行動,可給予買家信心。對於爲受影響買家提供7%的利率補償及提供額外津貼等,他認爲補償條款合理,預料大部分買家將繼續交易。此外,發展商亦已承諾無論客戶進行或取消交易均支付傭金予物業代理。
布少明表示,明白客戶對是次事件的關注,已特別成立專組,及設立專線,由專人負責爲有需要的客戶全程跟進,公司亦會繼續與發展商密切聯繫。
