新奧股份(600803.SH)半年度淨利潤預增170%到190%
格隆匯7月6日丨新奧股份(600803.SH)披露半年度業績預增公吿，公司預計2021年上半年，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將增加123,685萬元到138,236萬元，同比增長170%到190%。
預計2021年上半年，實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤與上年同期相比，將增加185,452萬元到205,474萬元。
本期業績預增的主要原因：
(一)主營業務影響
1.公司業務快速發展
2020年，公司完成重大資產重組，同時通過託管協議獲得舟山LNG接收站的運營管理權，公司天然氣產業智能生態運營商的戰略初步落地。
2021年上半年，在宏觀經濟復甦，以及“雙碳”政策引領下，公司把握市場機遇，推進需求池、資源池、儲運池的建設，持續探索經營效率優化、成本深入挖潛、數字產品打造等經營管理轉型升級舉措，公司天然氣零售、綜合能源業務、接駁業務以及天然氣直銷等業務均有快速增長。基於龐大的下游客户基礎以及舟山LNG接收站穩定的處理能力，公司積極拓展海外進口直銷氣業務，直銷氣業務為公司業績增長帶來較大貢獻，預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約21,850萬元，上年同期天然氣直銷業務實現的淨利潤為1,046萬元，同比增加約20,804萬元。
2.匯兑損益影響
上半年，公司償還了部分外幣借款，按規則將其對應的、之前計入其他綜合收益的匯兑損益轉入當期損益，加之今年人民幣升值產生匯兑收益，預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約36,050萬元，較上年同期因匯兑損失影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-4,492萬元，同比增加約40,542萬元。
3.投資收益影響
公司於2020年上半年對重要聯營公司Santos權益法核算確認了投資損失-21,737萬元(作為重大資產重組的交易對價，Santos股權已於2020年完成出表)，影響2021年上半年投資收益較上年同期增加21,737萬元。
(二)非經營性損益的影響
1.同一控制下收購影響
公司完成重大資產重組，將新奧能源控股有限公司納入合併範圍，新奧能源控股有限公司2020年1-6月份歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤91,400萬元，按規則列入非經常性損益。
2.衍生金融工具公允價值影響
為降低天然氣採購合同價格波動對盈利的影響，公司對應一定比例採購合同進行商品價格波動的套期管理，上半年末此部分套期合同公允價值變動影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤預計約為12,302萬元，上年同期影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-2,288萬元，同比增加約14,590萬元。
3.股權處置影響
公司於2021年5月完成參股公司新能鳳凰(滕州)能源有限公司股權出售，處置股權產生的投資收益影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約7,900萬元，上年同期處置長期股權投資產生的投資收益影響歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-1,371萬元，同比增加約9,271萬元。
