安德利果汁(02218.HK)：部分固定資產折舊年限會計估計變更
格隆匯7月5日丨安德利果汁(02218.HK)公吿，為了更加客觀公正的反映公司財務狀況和經營成果，結合同行業上市公司設備折舊的情況，公司對各類固定資產折舊年限進行了複核，為了確保資產折舊年限與資產實際使用情況相符，公司認為需要變更部分固定資產折舊年限的會計估計。
公司生產經營的主要原材料是蘋果及其他果蔬，由於蘋果樹產果具有很強的季節性，導致濃縮蘋果汁加工行業的生產也呈現非常明顯的季節性特徵。公司主要產品的生產季節一般為8-12月，而且真正達到滿負荷生產也就是9-11月份。其使用模式為開機全負荷運轉，停工期間不開機維修保養，根據公司設備的實際利用率以及保養程度來分析，其設備的實際使用壽命完全可達30年以上。
公司主要設備用於濃縮果汁生產加工，包括榨機、超濾設備、蒸發器和濃縮設備，並且每條生產線的關鍵設備均由世界着名設備商提供,均採用同類產品材料中最高等級的不鏽鋼材質，耐用及抗磨損程度均屬首位。相關配套的國產設備也採用國內最先進的加工工藝及最高品質的材料，以保證整套設備的安全暢通運轉。
公司從1996年開始陸續在各地建立子公司，最早開始建廠的公司生產設備目前已經運行超過20年，考慮到公司主要設備為高質量進口設備，其質量高於同行業的競爭者，設備實際運行情況以及參考同行業上市公司的折舊政策，最大化的體現公司實際經濟效益，公司決定將生產工藝中主要機器設備折舊年限變更為30年。
2021年7月5日，公司召開第七屆董事會第十六次會議，審議並通過了《關於部分固定資產折舊年限會計估計變更的議案》，同意公司對部分固定資產的折舊政策進行重新核定，並於2021年7月1日起執行。根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》、《香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則》、《公司章程》等有關規定，公司本次部分固定資產折舊年限會計估計變更的事項無需提交股東大會審議。
