格隆匯7月5日丨*ST豐華(600615.SH)公吿,2021年1月26日,持股5%以上的股東的一致行動人重慶市渝商實業投資有限公司(渝商實業)因員工疏忽,對交易規則不熟悉,在未履行預披露及通知公司的情況下,將所持有的公司股票15萬股違規減持,持股比例為0.08%。渝商實業在本次減持前持有公司股票15萬股,本次減持後,不再持有公司股份。
渝商實業對本次違規賣出公司股份的行為進行了深刻反省,並就本次行為對公司及廣大投資者造成的負面影響表示誠摯的歉意。
