北京北辰實業股份(00588.HK)：北辰會展集團實施增資擴股 引入四名戰略投資者
格隆匯7月2日丨北京北辰實業股份(00588.HK)公佈，為進一步增強公司會展板塊資本實力，提升市場化運作水平，完善產業鏈條，加快推動傳統會展業務轉型升級，公司的全資附屬公司北京北辰會展集團有限公司通過在北京產權交易所公開掛牌的方式實施增資擴股，引入戰略投資者。
經公開徵集，北京首都旅遊集團有限責任公司、北京首鋼建設投資有限公司、京東科技控股股份有限公司及GL events China Limited四名合格投資者參與增資事項，並擬於近日簽署《增資協議》。
增資事項完成後北辰會展集團的註冊資本將由人民幣12,000萬元增至人民幣20,000萬元，公司持股比例由100%變更為60%，上述四名戰略投資者持股比例分別為10%。
此次引入戰略投資者，公司希望藉助各投資方在雲服務等會展相關領域資源優勢，深入開展戰略合作，加快建立、健全北辰會展集團市場化運營機制，形成業態完善、優勢突出的首都會展平台。
增資事項後，首都會展（集團）有限公司一方面將全面承接服貿會專業運營保障工作，引入專業化的北辰會展服務標準和團隊，加強與國際行業組織和國際領先會展企業的合作，探索數字科技與服貿會的有機融合，以科技創新引領服貿會轉型升級，進一步提升北辰會展品牌影響力；另一方面將深度統籌會展資源，開展覆蓋全產業鏈的市場化會展業務，重點發力會展場館運營管理、展會主辦承辦及配套服務、會展教育諮詢服務、高端國務政務活動保障服務四大業務板塊，同時積極探索會展資本運作模式，擇機併購發展潛力大、成長性強的優質展會項目，力爭把首都會展（集團）有限公司打造為國內第一、國際領先，以會展服務運營為核心的現代服務業產業集團。
首都會展（集團）有限公司的組建，將加快構建北辰會展新發展格局，進一步提升北辰會展的國際競爭力和影響力，為實現本公司發展戰略提供長足動力。
