據路透旗下《IFR》報道,騰訊(00700.HK)有份投資的南韓遊戲開發商Krafton延遲在當地IPO,消息人士指南韓監管機構於上周五(25日)要求公司重新審視其IPO登記文件,據悉公司最快本周更新登記文件,而上市進展或需延遲15日。市場人士相信監管機構要求公司重新審視登記文件,主要是因為其估值較高。
公司於6月16至25日進行預路演,原定於今日(28日)建簿,並將成南韓有史以來最大IPO,公司原定於7月22日掛牌。
