國風塑業(000859.SZ)擬與中科大先研院建立聯合實驗室 開展新型顯示與集成電路PI材料等相關方向研究
格隆匯6月27日丨國風塑業(000859.SZ)公佈，公司"或"國風塑業")近期與中國科學技術大學先進技術研究院(以下簡稱"中科大先研院")簽署了《中國科學技術大學先進技術研究院與安徽國風塑業股份有限公司共建中科大先研院-國風塑業新型顯示與集成電路PI材料聯合實驗室合作協議》，決定共同建立"中科大先研院-國風塑業新型顯示與集成電路PI材料聯合實驗室"。
公吿稱，雙方在聯合實驗室開展新型顯示與集成電路 PI 材料等相關方向研究。依託聯合實驗室，充分發揮雙方在資源、技術、研發和轉化生產方面的優勢，共同開展柔性襯底 PI 漿料、熱塑性聚酰亞胺(TPI)複合膜、光敏聚酰亞胺(PSPI)光刻膠的研究工作。
據悉，中國科學技術大學先進技術研究院是中科院、中科大與安徽省、合肥市四方按照"省院合作、市校共建"的建設原則設立，是開展高技術研發與應用和高端應用人才培養為主的實體機構，是中科大創建世界一流研究型大學的重要組成部分。目前中科大先研院內建設有"中國科學院量子信息與量子科技創新研究院"、"類腦智能技術及應用國家工程實驗室"、"未來網絡試驗設施項目"3個國家級科研平台，11個省部級以上重點實驗室、應用工程技術中心和54家院企聯合實驗室，累計孵化企業254家，培育國家級高新技術企業44家，已申請專利223項。2016年9月，被列為安徽省系統推進全面創新改革試驗試點單位。2018、2019年、2020年連續三年入圍安徽省專利百強榜。
此次協議的簽署，能充分發揮協議雙方的優勢，符合公司的戰略發展規劃，公司將藉助中科大先研院雄厚的研發實力和平台優勢，進一步提升公司研發能力和技術水平。同時公司的產業化能力也可以提升中科大先研院的科研成果轉化效率，創造更好的經濟社會效益。
通過與協議方的合作，依託聯合實驗室開發新型顯示與集成電路 PI 材料新品，有助於公司加快戰略轉型升級，推進公司電子級聚酰亞胺材料產業發展，提升產品競爭力和公司核心競爭力。
