SOHO中國(00410.HK)獲黑石集團溢價約31.6%提全購,該股今早復牌延續過去六連漲累飆56%探頂強勢,高見4.78元,接近去年3月中旬所造高位4.8元,現造4.61元,續漲21%,成交進一步激增至3.73億股,已創七個月高,涉資17.45億元。
SOHO公佈,獲黑石集團旗下基金Two Cities Master提出自願性有條件每股5元(較停牌前溢價31.58%)現金全購要約,料涉資最多236.58億元,大股東Capevale已承諾接納合共28.56億股要約或佔公司股本54.93%。完成後,Capevale將保留9%或4.68億股持股,以及SOHO仍會維持上市地位。不過,有關收購前提是必須獲內地市場監管總局根據「反壟斷法」考慮及批準。
