聯創電子(002036.SZ)：擬變更募集資金用途 用於年產2400萬顆智能汽車光學鏡頭及600萬顆影像模組產業化項目
格隆匯6月16日丨聯創電子(002036.SZ)公佈，目前，隨着英偉達、Mobileye、華為等自動駕駛算法方案公司對自動駕駛方案的不斷推陳出新，汽車智能化已成為重要產業機會。根據中國智能網聯汽車產業創新聯盟中心發佈的《智能網聯汽車技術路線圖2.0》，可以預見未來汽車的智能駕駛程度將不斷提升，並有望在2025年實現有條件下的自動駕駛汽車技術的規模化應用，這將使汽車製造行業對車載光學鏡頭的需求大幅增長，公司在綜合考慮市場環境等因素情況後，決定加快發展車載光學鏡頭項目，快速擴充車載鏡頭產能。根據目前公司非公開發行募投項目的市場需求等實際情況，為提高經營管理效率和募集資金使用效率，維護股東利益，公司擬將非公開發行原計劃投入“年產2.6億顆高端手機鏡頭產業化項目”的募集資金388,104,381.39元以及該項目監管賬户累計收到的利息(實際金額以資金轉出當日專户金額為準)全部用於“年產2400萬顆智能汽車光學鏡頭及600萬顆影像模組產業化項目”，公司後續將根據市場需求情況，合理調整產能規劃自籌資金實施“年產2.6億顆高端手機鏡頭產業化項目”。
截至2021年5月31日，“年產2.6億顆高端手機鏡頭產業化項目”的已累計投入募集資金4626.64萬元，用於預付部分機器設備購置款及生產場地裝修等費用；用於暫時補充流動資金15000萬元，剩餘募集資金19295.31萬元(含銀行利息)。由於“年產2.6億顆高端手機鏡頭產業化項目”中預付購置款的機器設備及預付裝修款的生產場地皆可供“年產2400萬顆智能汽車光學鏡頭及600萬顆影像模組產業化項目”所用，為加快車載項目的實施進程，本次擬將“年產2.6億顆高端手機鏡頭產業化項目”中的機器設備的已預付購置款和生產場地的已預付裝修款及剩餘募集資金全部投入到“年產2400萬顆智能汽車光學鏡頭及600萬顆影像模組產業化項目”，此次變更需向相關部門辦理項目備案及環評備案。此次變更用途募集資金金額佔此次非公開發行股票募集資金淨額的比例為36.68%。
