勁嘉股份(002191.SZ)：擬在印尼雅加達市設全資子公司印尼雲普星河
格隆匯6月15日丨勁嘉股份(002191.SZ)公佈，經公司總經理辦公會審議通過，公司全資子公司中華香港國際煙草集團有限公司(“中華煙草”)、佳信(香港)有限公司(“佳信香港”)擬共同以貨幣形式出資100億印尼盾(Rupiah)或等值貨幣(約合450萬元人民幣)在印度尼西亞共和國(“印尼”)雅加達市設立公司的全資子公司，名稱為雲普星河科技服務(印尼)有限公司(“印尼雲普星河”)(暫定名，具體以當地工商登記註冊的名稱為準)。
近年來，公司按照發展戰略規劃推進彩盒包裝業務的不斷拓展與延伸，在中高端煙酒、3C消費電子、化粧品、醫藥品等細分品類的包裝產品的市場份額進一步提升，其中，公司在為新型煙草品牌等3C消費電子產品客户提供包裝服務的同時，深度挖掘其需求，2021年4月，公司設立完成深圳雲普星河科技服務有限公司，憑藉公司在包裝產品客户的積累，結合深圳擁有的特殊的地緣和政策優勢、配套設施，為霧化電子設備為代表的新型煙草品牌客户提供裝配服務、國內外倉儲物流服務、進出口報關服務、渠道管理服務、終端配送服務等一體化服務，與包裝業務有效協同合作。
目前，國內的霧化電子設備品牌在印尼市場持續佈局。為給公司合作的新型煙草品牌客户擴展印尼市場提供更有力的服務支撐，形成國內外業務的聯動與配合，公司投資設立印尼的全資子公司作為業務平台，為客户提供印尼當地的銷售代理服務，並以此為基礎，通過數字化運營的核心競爭力打造，向後端延伸開展進出口報關服務、倉儲物流服務、渠道管理服務、終端配送服務等，打造新型煙草一體化供應鏈綜合服務能力，旨在服務新型煙草客户之餘，公司將以此為契機，積極探索和拓展更多新型煙草產業的海外業務，通過多元化的服務體系及全面的業務佈局，不斷提高公司的綜合競爭力及國際影響力。公司本次對外投資事項符合公司的發展戰略規劃，有利於增強公司的盈利能力。
