國安國際(00143.HK)清盤聆訊7月15日舉行 續停牌
國安國際(00143.HK)公布,於9日(昨日),董事會接獲債券持有人作為呈請人於8日(周二)於開曼群島大法院提出對公司進行清盤呈請,其理據為根據開曼群島公司法,公司欠付呈請人的第一批可換股債券項下本金額1億元及其應計利息,而公司未能償還其債務,故為無力償債。呈請人亦申請委任公司之共同正式清盤人。有關該呈請的聆訊將於下月15日上午10時30分開曼群島時間於大法院舉行。
公司指目前正就上述事宜尋求法律意見。股份繼續停牌,直至另行通知。
