中原料「VAU Residence」首批開價吸引有望沽清
萬科香港何文田「VAU Residence」首推50伙,折實499.8萬元入場。中原地產亞太區副主席兼住宅部總裁陳永傑表示,近日樓市一、二手皆旺,買家入市意欲高漲,發展商捉緊機遇,推出新項目應市,「VAU Residence」開價極具競爭力,屬何文田起動價,造價比同區二手新晉屋苑有折讓,加上二手缺盤,尤其市區小型單位,相信VAU Residence可為樓市掀起新一輪認購潮,首批單位可望沽清。
他稱,同區新晉物業小型單位租金有價有市,普遍實用呎租可逾60元,相信VAU Residence可吸引長線投資者入市,料用家投資客各佔一半。他認為,近日大市利好因素多,疫情受控,通關有望,形勢對樓市有利,入市氣氛造好,料本月一手成交可達2,500宗。
