周大福(01929.HK)料内地全年同店销售增长15%至16%
周大福(01929.HK)董事总经理黄绍基在业绩记者会上指,本地消费近几个月表现稳定,相信零售业已经见底,由於去年低基数效应,预计集团上半年香港同店销售按年增长70%,下半年表现就取决於何时通关,并指2022年将有10至15间零售点列入观察名单。
黄绍基表示,集团鼓励市民接种疫苗,除了赞助总商会抽奖礼券,亦会因应政府电子消费券推出优惠,相信消费券对集团销售一定有帮助,但目前难以估计实际成效。另集团亦为员工接种疫苗提供两天有薪假。
内地方面,管理层指,4至5月份同店销售有40%以上增长,预计上半年同店销售按年增长30%或以上,下半年增长可能回落至单位数。因去年下半年基数较高,全年同店销售增长或介乎15%至16%。
另外,管理层预计今年资本开支将增至15亿元,主要因为由於较多分店需要重新装修、新开分店、投资智慧零售、以及扩展武汉珠宝产业园等。
