博通股份(600455.SH):西安交通大學城市學院擬接受關聯方6000萬元財務資助
格隆匯5月31日丨博通股份(600455.SH)公佈,公司持有西安交通大學城市學院(簡稱“城市學院”)70%出資,城市學院擬接受關聯方西安經開城市投資建設管理有限責任公司(簡稱“經開城投”)向其提供人民幣6000萬元借款的財務資助(即城市學院擬從經開城投借款6000萬元),彌補臨時資金缺口,借款期限為6個月,固定年利率為5.225%,城市學院及公司對該項財務資助均無相關保證、抵押、質押等任何形式的擔保。本次交易(財務資助)為關聯交易。
