《高盛認股證牛熊證》 美團業績後高開急彈 資金趁急升部署淡倉 留意高槓桿沽21395，貼牛64904，近熊65275
正股表現：美團(3690)上週五失守270元水平，跌約2.4%，並在收市後公布截至今年三月底止的首季業績。今早則發力急漲，早上高開約4.1%後升幅擴大，最高見288元。現報283.8元，升約7%，跑贏大市。
截至至今年三月底止，美團首季收入達370.16億元人民幣，按年升120.9%。然而虧損則擴大至48.47億元人民幣，但合符市場預期。而按非國際財務報告準則計量，經調整虧損淨額則為38.92億元人民幣。及後有券商指，美團首季業績強於該行預期。並指美團短期監管風險雖然持續，但旗下三大業務增長勢頭依然完好。該行給予美團「買入」投資評級，目標價則下調至440元。
資金流向：觀察個股輪證資金流向，可見近日資金集中部署好倉，上週四及上週五共錄得約2,240萬元資金流入。當中認購證佔約2,080萬元，為同期最多資金流入的認股證相關資產。而上週五流入牛證的資金則較集中在255至260元收回區域的產品。
淡倉方面，則見認沽證於上週五獲資金轉向流入，有約70萬元。而熊證則上週五繼續獲資金流入，並較集中在295至300元收回區域的產品。此外，今早即市亦見資金趁美團急升時部署淡倉。
觀察港股通資金流向，則見昨日北水繼續沽出美團，但淨賣出的資金較上週四少，有約5億元。
產品選擇：投資者如看好，認購證方面可留意價外幅度約6%，年期約2個月，屬高槓桿的美團購21395。牛證方面可留意屬貼牛的美團牛64904，與現價有約23.8元收回距離。

美團牛64904，收回價260元，行使價257元，換股比率500，槓桿比率9.8倍，相近收回價貼牛中槓桿最高
投資者如看淡，須注意由於股價今早急升，使部分認沽證已變得價外，及部分熊證已被收回，因此應重新審視產品條款。
認沽證方面的高槓桿選擇可留意價外幅度約11%，年期約2個月的美團沽21953。貼價選擇可留意價外幅度約6%，年期約3個月的低街貨美團沽23248。熊證方面的近熊選擇可留意美團熊65275，與現價有約16.2元收回距離。遠熊選擇可留意美團熊52857，與現價有約36.2元收回距離。
