《大行报告》高盛下调雅生活服务(03319.HK)目标价至45元 评级「买入」
高盛发表研报指,雅生活服务(03319.HK)日前宣布,计划折让近6.6%配售股8,666.68万股H股,占扩大後股本6.1%,净筹约32亿元,款项将用於并购,以提升管理规模,及拓展管家、托儿等社区增值服务。
该行表示,考虑到股本扩大及集资用途,未计及潜在并购後新业务的盈利能力,将2021至2023年每股盈利预测平均下调6%。
高盛表示,管理层目标今年收入及盈利将按年增长40%及30%,并对上半年业绩抱有信心。基於2022年预测市盈率约18倍,高盛将目标价由48元下降至45元,认为估值吸引力,短期融资忧虑消除,维持「买入」评级。
