ESR(01821.HK)擬進一步發行1.5億新加坡元重設遞增從屬的永久證券
格隆匯5月24日丨ESR(01821.HK)發佈公吿,2021年5月24日,公司就根據20億美元多幣種債券發行計劃發行本金總額為1.5億新加坡元重設遞增從屬的永久證券,與Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited、DBS Bank Ltd.、Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited及United Overseas Bank Limited簽訂認購協議。新證券將於發行日與原證券合併且構成單獨一個系列,及在所有方面將與原證券享有同等地位。
進一步發行的所得款項總額將為1.5億新加坡元。集團擬將進一步發行所得款項總額(扣除有關費用及佣金後)用於為現有借款進行再融資、就集團將來可能尋求的潛在收購及投資機遇提供融資,以及集團營運資金要求及一般公司用途。公司將會向新交所提交新證券在新交所正式名單上市及掛牌的申請。
