泛海酒店(00292.HK)盈喜:預計年度純利大幅增長約50%或以上
格隆匯5月21日丨泛海酒店(00292.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2021年3月31日止年度的公司股東應占溢利,相對去年將錄得約50%或以上的大幅增長。
溢利大幅增長的主要原因為(i)來自財務投資的利息收入增加;(ii)市場利率及銀行貸款減少而導致淨融資成本減少;及(iii)財務資產投資所產生的已變現及未變現的淨收益,對比上年度則為淨虧損;但(iv)因受到新冠疫情對全球所造成的嚴重影響,導致集團酒店業務的收入和毛利大幅減少,抵消了部分的增幅。
