格隆匯5月19日丨攜程集團-S(09961.HK)發佈2021年第一季度未經審計的財務業績。2021年第一季度，攜程集團淨營業收入為41億元人民幣(6.28億美元)，同比下降13%，主要由於2021年3月的快速恢復，部分被跨境旅行的下降所抵銷。2021年第一季度淨營業收入環比下降17%。
2021年第一季度，住宿預訂營業收入為16億元人民幣(2.41億美元)，同比上升37%，主要受益於跨省遊的強勁需求。住宿預訂營業收入環比下降30%，主要由於受到2021年1月及2月旅行限制的影響；交通票務營業收入為15億元人民幣(2.30億美元)，同比下降37%，環比下降11%，主要由於受到2021年1月和2月旅行限制的影響；旅遊度假業務營業收入為1.69億元人民幣(2600萬美元)，同比下降68%，環比下降35%；商旅管理業務營業收入為2.52億元人民幣(3900萬美元)，同比上升101%，環比下降18%。
2021年第一季度歸屬於攜程集團股東的淨利潤為18億元人民幣(2.73億美元)，相比2020年同期淨虧損為54億元人民幣，相比上季度淨利潤為10億元人民幣。若不計股權報酬費用以及按公允價值計量且其變動計入損益的投資和可交換債券公允價值變動損益，2021年第一季度歸屬攜程集團股東的淨虧損為2.04億元人民幣(3000萬美元)，相比2020年同期淨虧損為22億元人民幣，相比上個季度淨利潤為11億元人民幣。
2021年第一季度經調整EBITDA為-2.16億元人民幣(-3300萬美元)，相比2020年同期為-8.75億元人民幣，相比上季度為7.99億元人民幣。2021年第一季度經調整EBITDA利潤率為-5%，相比2020年同期為-18%，相比上季度為16%。
2021年第一季度經稀釋每股普通股和每股存託憑證收益為2.88元人民幣(0.44美元)。若不計股權報酬費用以及按公允價值計量且其變動計入損益的投資和可交換債券公允價值變動損益，2021年第一季度經稀釋的每股普通股和每股存託憑證虧損為0.34元人民幣(0.05美元)。每一股美國存托股份代表一股普通股。
截至2021年3月31日，現金及現金等價物、受限制現金、短期投資及持有至到期的定期存款和理財產品餘額為661億元人民幣(101億美元)。
