IPO: Wireless Sensing SoC Supplier SENASIC Lists in Hong Kong

SENASIC Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (06675.HK) has launched its Hong Kong IPO. The offer period runs from June 9 to June 12, 2026. The company plans to globally offer 53,407,000 H Shares, subject to a 15% over-allotment option. The offer price is HK$18.36 per share, with a board lot size of 200 shares and an entry subscription fee of approximately HK$3,709.04. The shares are expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 17, 2026. China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and Guotai Junan Capital Limited are acting as the joint sponsors.

Company Overview

SENASIC is a leading global supplier of wireless sensing SoCs, specializing in the design, development and sale of sensing chips. According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on revenue in 2025, the company ranked as the world’s third-largest automotive wireless sensing SoC company and the largest automotive wireless sensing SoC company in China, with a market share of approximately 8.5%. Its product portfolio includes Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) SoCs, Battery Pack Sensing (BPS) SoCs, Wireless Battery Management System (wBMS) SoCs and intelligent general-purpose sensing chips, which are widely used in automotive electronics, energy storage and industrial electronics applications.

 

Financial Information

According to the prospectus, SENASIC recorded revenue of approximately RMB223 million, RMB348 million and RMB478 million in 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively. Net losses for the same periods were approximately RMB356 million, RMB351 million and RMB331 million, respectively, while adjusted net losses (a non-HKFRS measure) were approximately RMB187 million, RMB97 million and RMB32 million, respectively. Gross profit margin increased from 16.6% in 2023 to 28.0% in 2025. Based on the offer price of HK$18.36 per share and assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised, the company expects to raise net proceeds of approximately HK$907 million. The proceeds are intended to be used for expanding business scale and accelerating the commercialization of new products (approximately 40%), enhancing research and development capabilities (approximately 30%), expanding domestic and international sales networks (approximately 10%), strategic investments or acquisitions (approximately 10%), and general working capital purposes (approximately 10%).
