密爾克衞(603713.SH)：全資子公司慎則化工變更經營範圍
格隆匯5月17日丨密爾克衞(603713.SH)發佈公吿，公司全資子公司“上海慎則化工科技有限公司”於近日對其經營範圍進行了變更。相關工商變更登記手續已辦理完畢，並取得了由上海市松江區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。
變更前，經營範圍：
許可項目：公共鐵路運輸；食品經營。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)
一般項目：
化工、電子科技領域內技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓，商務信息諮詢，企業管理諮詢，企業形象策劃，市場信息諮詢與調查(不得從事社會調查、社會調研、民意調查、民意測驗)；從事貨物及技術的進出口業務，化工原料及產品(除危險化學品、監控化學品、煙花爆竹、民用爆炸物品、易製毒化學品)、食品添加劑、五金交電、服裝、機電設備、金屬材料、通信設備、計算機及配件、太陽能光伏電設備、電子產品、建築材料、針紡織品、化粧品、日用百貨、箱包批發；危險化學品(不帶儲存設施)經營(具體見經營許可證)，電子商務(不得從事增值電信、金融業務)；煤炭及製品批發。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
變更後，經營範圍：
許可項目：危險化學品經營；貨物進出口；技術進出口；公共鐵路運輸；食品經營。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)
一般項目：
化工、電子科技領域內技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓，商務信息諮詢，企業管理諮詢，企業形象策劃，市場信息諮詢與調查(不得從事社會調查、社會調研、民意調查、民意測驗)；化工原料及產品(除危險化學品、監控化學品、煙花爆竹、民用爆炸物品、易製毒化學品)、食品添加劑、五金交電、服裝、機電設備、金屬材料、通信設備、計算機及配件、太陽能光伏電設備、電子產品、建築材料、針紡織品、化粧品、日用百貨、箱包批發；電子商務(不得從事增值電信、金融業務)；煤炭及製品批發；第一類醫療器械銷售。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
除上述事項變更外，其他工商登記事項未發生變更。
