佐丹奴國際(00709.HK)預計中期業績扭虧為盈
格隆匯 5 月 6日丨佐丹奴國際(00709.HK)公佈,公司預計截至2021年6月30日止六個月將錄得股東應占溢利,將扭轉了截至2020年6月30日止六個月股東應占虧損約為1.75億港元。
誠如公司在截至2021年3月31日止三個月未經審核業務最新資料所述,未經審核的集團銷售額增長了2.4%,而集團銷售額在2021年3月大幅反彈,按年同比增長69%。
董事會認為,預期將由股東未經審核應占虧損扭轉為股東未經審核應占溢利的主要原因為:(1)遏止2019冠狀病毒病大流行蔓延的社交距離措施限制放寬,從而恢復線下銷售,特別是在中國大陸和台灣;(2)東南亞和海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會市場的銷售業績呈上升趨勢,該等市場在2020年第二季度因遏止2019冠狀病毒病大流行蔓延而實施的旅遊限制和封鎖措施受到的不利影響;(3)線上銷售增加;和(4)根據目前租賃業主提供的租金優惠,以及在續租時獲得的租金減免。
