華融國際已兌付今日到期6億新加坡元境外債券 目前流動性正常
中國華融(02799.HK)在其微信公眾號表示,旗下華融國際已兌付今日到期的6億新加坡元境外債券。公司目前各項債券均按期足額兌付兌息,未發生違約情況。
公司指出,作為中國華融重要子公司,華融國際加快業務轉型,強化風險管控及內控合規管理,流動性正常,經營狀況持續向好。
中國華融早前宣布繼續延遲公布去年全年業績,有消息指,華融最早下月公布,不會遲於8月底的中期業績披露時間。監管層已協調多家銀行對華融相關貸款「不抽貸」,並準備好對其進行支持。
