《大行報告》高盛上調寶龍地產(01238.HK)目標價至11元 重申列確信買入名單
高盛發表研究報告,確定寶龍在重建商業營運處於正軌,包括一系列重新規劃舖面與優化商戶組合、其中5間高盛到訪的商場目標提升租用率13個百分點、管理層計劃改善租金效益等。
該行指,管理層訂下今年整體租用率達93%、明年達95%的目標,並會以以下幾方面去實現,包括發展旗艦項目、對前線員工實施激勵計劃、至2025年管理超過200個商場的目標,以達至在長三角取得主導地位等(區內營運逾140個商場)。
高盛重申寶龍地產(01238.HK)「買入」評級(確信名單),目標價上調28%至11元;同時重申對寶龍商業(09099.HK)「買入」評級(確信名單),目標價維持42元不變。
