路勁地產與港鐵(00066.HK)合作的黃竹坑站住宅項目「晉環」加推第二張價單,共涉80伙,實用面積由572至921平方呎,其中30伙為兩房單位,50伙為三房單位。價單售價由2,068.1萬至3,955.1萬元,呎價介乎34,324元至46,531元;折實後售價由1,695.9萬至3,243.2萬元,折實呎價介乎28,145元至38,155元。第二張價單折實平均呎價為31,652元,對比首張價單為29,689元。
發展商指,第二張價單屬原價加推,分別在於反映不同座數、層樓及方向。而2號價單貨值為23億元,加上1號價單總值32億元,兩張價單共值逾55億元。
