姚記科技(002605.SZ)：計劃投資建設智能製造產業園
格隆匯 4 月 25日丨姚記科技(002605.SZ)公佈，2021年4月23日，公司召開第五屆董事會第十九次會議，審議通過了《關於計劃投資建設智能製造產業園的議案》。
公司計劃在安徽省滁州市全椒縣投資建設“姚記科技智能製造產業園”，擬與全椒縣人民政府簽訂《姚記科技智能製造產業園投資協議書》，項目總投資約為人民幣6億元，分三期投建，項目所需資金為公司自有資金。
項目定位：包括但不限於撲克生產、銷售、撲克博物館等所需的建築設施。
近年來，公司持續推進“大娛樂”發展戰略，不斷開拓創新，完善多元化布局，打造了移動遊戲、撲克牌和互聯網創新營銷“三駕馬車”，並充分挖掘“三駕馬車”的聯動性，形成了線上客户和線下客户相互導向的良性發展。在“三駕馬車”的驅動下，公司移動遊戲業務的業績率先獲得高速增長，進而帶動了撲克牌業績的增長趨勢，並拓寬了公司撲克牌業務的銷售渠道。2018年-2020年，公司撲克銷量分別為5.9億副、7.1億副和8.1億副，平均年增長幅度約為17%。2021年一季度公司撲克牌銷量為3.57億副，同比2020年一季度增長幅度約為72%。目前公司在滿額配置下預計年生產撲克牌的能力近10億副，按照當前撲克牌業務的發展趨勢，產能即將無法滿足市場的需求。因此，公司有意向投資建設智能製造產業園，擴大公司撲克牌業務的生產規模，並進一步全面升級改造生產設備，計劃通過科技創新實現撲克牌的智能化生產，力爭打造全球最強的高品質撲克牌生產企業，讓民族品牌“姚記撲克”走向世界。智能製造產業園最終選址在安徽省滁州市全椒縣，主要是考慮到全椒縣的地理優勢，能夠降低公司運輸成本；同時，全椒縣在招工上相對其他地區具備一定的優勢，能夠降低公司招工難度，並且公司大多數老員工的籍貫為安徽、四川等地，利於公司調配員工的工作地點，能夠節約公司管理成本和人力成本。
