盛業資本(06069.HK)與眾邦銀行訂立供應鏈金融科技平台合作協議
格隆匯 4 月 20日丨盛業資本(06069.HK)發佈公吿，2021年4月19日，武漢眾邦銀行股份有限公司與集團訂立供應鏈金融科技平台合作協議。
在此合作項下，藉助集團高效的獲客渠道，深入的行業理解和可靠的金融科技實力，集團將向銀行推薦並匹配優質借款人(即公司供應鏈金融科技平台的客户)且銀行將直接向此潛在合格借款人提供一系列貸款。在向銀行推薦前，集團將利用自主研發的以數據驅動的風控系統協助銀行先行評估每一潛在借款人的應收賬款質量及其還款能力，再由銀行進行獨立風控審批後進行放款。銀行向借款人提供的貸款本金金額應基於借款人的應收賬款金額；每筆貸款不超過人民幣300萬元；及合計不超過人民幣5億元。
借款人將分別向集團一間成員公司提供借款人應收賬款作為銀行提供的貸款抵押，而借款人將以借款人應收賬款下所收到的款項償還銀行提供的相關貸款。除銀行收取的若干行政費用外，集團或銀行之間均毋須就合作項下的合作安排支付任何費用。
公吿表示，集團是一家中國領先的供應鏈金融科技平台，為亞太地區產業鏈條上的公司提供SaaS和供應鏈金融服務等一站式解決方案。憑藉雄厚的金融科技實力及對所服務產業的深度理解，集團與各類融資機構合作提供一系列靈活多元的應收賬款相關的供應鏈金融服務產品和企業服務，以滿足區內中小微企業大量卻資源匱乏的融資需求。
董事會認為，與銀行的合作將使集團在其供應鏈金融科技平台上鞏固與戰略銀行夥伴的關係，並奠定堅實的基礎，使集團能夠探索新的潛在資金渠道，以便通過定製化的融資解決方案更好地服務於更多客户。同時，此項合作亦使得集團與銀行進一步加強及拓展面向中小微企業以數據驅動的定製化普惠金融服務，以支持其穩健發展。此外，由於集團只會轉介經其評估後借款人應收賬款獲集團信納的借款人，故董事會認為，有關合作的信貸風險甚微。
