英科醫療(300677.SZ)羧基丁腈膠乳項目第一期30萬噸正處於製作安裝過程中
格隆匯4月18日丨英科醫療(300677.SZ)公佈，2020年8月4日，公司第二屆董事會第三十四次會議、第二屆監事會第三十次會議審議通過了《關於對外投資設立控股子公司及暫緩披露該事項的議案》、《關於投資年產50萬噸羧基丁腈膠乳、10萬噸DOTP項目及暫緩披露該事項的議案》。在國內外疫情防控工作導致的一次性手套需求劇增的背景下，上游市場丁腈膠乳原料供應趨於緊張。
公司為保證後續生產經營的正常運作及降低外部風險，擬由公司全資子公司安徽英科醫療用品有限公司與劉德剛、王晨曦共同出資設立控股子公司安徽凱澤新材料有限公司（以下簡稱“安徽凱澤”）投資“年產50萬噸羧基丁腈膠乳、10萬噸DOTP項目”。目前年產50萬噸羧基丁腈膠乳項目中的第一期年產30萬噸羧基丁腈膠乳項目的主要生產設備及存儲裝置及配套管道儀表裝置正處於製作及安裝過程中。
公司表示，在國內外疫情防控工作導致的一次性手套需求劇增的背景下，上游市場丁腈膠乳原料供應趨於緊張，公司為保證後續生產經營的正常運作及降低外部風險，擬由公司全資子公司安徽英科與劉德剛、王晨曦共同出資設立控股子公司安徽凱澤投資“年產50萬噸羧基丁腈膠乳、10萬噸DOTP項目”。但由於及時披露此合作事項將可能影響公司與當時供應商的關係，導致可能出現公司丁腈膠乳原料斷供的風險，進而損害公司利益。根據公司《信息披露暫緩與豁免業務內部管理制度》、《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》以及《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》相關規定，公司決定暫緩披露上述事項。
截至本公吿日，隨着近期國內多家丁腈膠乳供應商的產量增加，丁腈膠乳緊缺的局面得到緩解，丁腈手套供應鏈安全性得以保障。根據《深圳證券交易所創業板上市公司規範運作指引》第5.3.7條的規定：“暫緩披露的原因已經消除的，上市公司應當及時公吿相關信息，並披露此前該信息暫緩披露的事由、公司內部登記審批等情況。”公司現將暫緩披露的具體內容予以公吿。
