美议员致函美商务部 促把对华为禁令扩至其他中国晶片设计企业
美国众议员Michael McCaul及美国参议员Tom Cotton於周二(13日)致函美国商务部部长Gina Raimondo,要求对向中国电讯设备商华为出售使用美国技术晶片须预先取得许可的规定,扩大至所有设计14奈米或以下先进晶片的中国企业。信中表示,有关行动确保美国企业及其夥伴与同盟国家不能向中国出售制约美国的产品。
《路透》报道,美国商务部证实已收到有关信件,又称美国当局已於上周把七间中国超级电脑公司纳入实体清单。当局将持续检视情况以决定是否需要采取进一步行动。
