渤海租賃(000415.SZ)快報：2020年度業績盈轉虧至77.04億元
格隆匯 4 月 15日丨渤海租賃(000415.SZ)發佈2020年度業績快報，實現營業收入274.18億元，同比下降29.34%；利潤總額-98.40億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-77.04億元，上年同期為盈利18.48億元；基本每股虧損1.25元。
主要變動原因為：受新冠疫情影響，報吿期內營業收入下降幅度較大，並因飛機資產估值下降、預計租金收入降低等原因導致固定資產減值增加；公司境內融資租賃客户受新冠疫情等因素影響信用評級水平下降，導致計提減值增加。
報吿期內，公司主營飛機租賃、集裝箱租賃及境內融資租賃業務，各項業務經營情況及影響經營業績的主要因素如下：
2020年度，受新冠疫情影響，全球航空客運需求大幅降低，全球民用航空運輸業及相關產業受到較大的負面衝擊，飛機租賃公司面臨的航空公司客户租金延付、違約以及破產增加。報吿期內，公司飛機租賃業務的租金收入及銷售收入下降幅度較大，並因飛機資產估值下降、承租人破產等原因導致計提減值增加，對公司經營業績產生了較大影響。報吿期內，公司通過積極調整飛機引進計劃、優化負債結構、降低融資成本等方式有效減少資本開支、保證流動性安全，最大限度的降低了疫情對公司生產經營帶來的負面影響。截至2020年12月31日，公司總機隊規模達到876架，其中自有及管理飛機606架，機隊市場價值位列全球第三；訂單飛機270架，均為新一代高科技節能型飛機。
2020年上半年，受新冠疫情影響，全球航運貿易持續低迷，公司通過暫緩新集裝箱採購、提升庫存集裝箱出租率、審慎甄選優質客户等方式有效保障現金儲備、不斷降低運營成本。下半年以來，航運市場復甦勢頭明顯，公司根據市場環境變化及客户需求，適時擴大新箱採購規模，增加業務投放規模。由於全球航運市場在下半年復甦勢頭較為明顯，一定程度上抵消了上半年疫情帶來的不利影響，公司集裝箱租賃業務經營業績與上年同期基本持平。截至2020年12月31日，公司自有和管理的集裝箱合計約380萬CEU，平均出租率為98.3%。
2020年度，受新冠疫情等因素影響，公司境內融資租賃客户的經營和償債能力下降，信用評級水平下降，導致計提減值增加，對公司報吿期內經營業績亦產生了較大影響。
