格隆匯 4 月 14日丨錢江摩托(000913.SZ)公佈,預計2021年第一季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4000萬元-6000萬元,同比增長156.01%-284.01%。
報吿期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤的增加,主要原因系:1、受2021年一季度新冠疫情影響基本消除等原因,營業收入較去年同期有較大幅度增加,導致本期經營業績同比增加;2、因二級子公司浙江錢江鋰電科技有限公司已被法院裁定重整,由法院指定管理人接管,公司因喪失控制權而不再納入合併範圍,由此產生的影響歸屬於上市公司淨利潤的非經常性損益約2500萬元。
