格隆匯 4 月 13日丨隴神戎發(300534.SZ)發佈2020年度業績預吿修正公吿,公司於2021年1月30日披露《2020年度業績預吿》,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為639萬元-955萬元,比上年同期下降25%-50%;預計扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為盈利217萬元-325萬元,比上年同期下降40%-60%。
修正後,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤150萬元-190萬元;扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損253萬元-293萬元。
業績修正原因如下:、基於謹慎性考慮,公司將原分期攤銷的市場推廣費用359萬元調整至報吿期銷售費用,影響淨利潤減少305萬元;2、將2021年2月發放的員工績效工資141萬元調整計入2020年度職工薪酬,調增報吿期成本費用,影響淨利潤減少120萬元。
