格隆匯4月8日丨山東華鵬(603021.SH)披露2020年年度報吿，報吿期內，公司實現營業收入9.94億元，同比增長14.73%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4905.00萬元，同比增長150.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤-8972.95萬元，而上年同期為-1.02億元；基本每股收益0.15元。
2020年，公司玻璃板塊業務以節能降耗、控制成本為主線，通過推進各項技改工作，促進產品結構優化升級，充分保證生產穩定及產品質量的提升。同時，面對前所未有的新冠疫情影響和激烈的市場競爭努力探索創新營銷模式，聚焦重點市場、核心市場，以客户為關注焦點，以滿足客户為目標，加大開發新產品、新客户力度，確保產品質量和服務，提升核心競爭力。多措並舉降低兩項資金，實現全年了銷售回款最大化。
2020年，公司地理信息測繪業務實現快速發展，不斷擴大測繪地理信息主營業務市場，全年實現業務收入3.38億元，同比增長50%。在做好主業的同時，致力於通過創新發展模式，在工程勘察設計、規劃設計、電子與智能化、應急災害評估、數據分析處理與應用等方面上下游延伸發展，其中天元信息平台化軟件產品以及智慧化應用初見成效。基於地理信息時空大數據平台，通過研發驅動，技術領航，搭建了“一朵時空雲、四個平台、七項關鍵技術”的智慧化平台應用，充分運用物聯網、大數據、雲計算、互聯網等先進技術，為智慧城市建設、管理與運行提供技術與服務支撐。以數字驅動為核心的大數據深化應用，做到精準化管控和可視化管控，為企業高效率運轉、高質量發展提供了強有力的技術支撐。
2020年，全面貫徹執行年初制定的戰略規劃，在提高資產利用效率方面狠下功夫，紮實開展清理處置低效資產工作，實現瘦身健體、輕裝上陣。通過對公司閒置房產、土地、商標等低效資產梳理，制定了切實可行的處置方案，完成了對部分資產的對外出租、轉讓，實現了資產處置價值最大化，進一步優化了資產質量，提高了資產利用效率。
