遠東宏信(03360.HK)全年歸母淨利增長5.49%至45.76億元 末期息0.36港元
格隆匯 3 月 30日丨遠東宏信(03360.HK)發佈截至2020年12月31日止年度全年業績公吿，截至2020年末，集團生息資產規模約2,354.14億元人民幣，較年初增長15.88%；嚴控資產質量，隨着經濟復甦，資產質量進一步提升，不良資產率為1.10%。普惠、保理、PPP投資、海外融資等新型業務方向貢獻利息收入10.32億元，同比增加82.05%。
產業運營業務方向，隨着集團複合化產業運營戰略的推進，2020年產業運營分部收入持續大幅增長，實現收入88.11億元，較去年提升35.11%，佔總營業收入比重已達30.21%。宏信建發作為國內領先的設備運營綜合服務商，截至2020年底設備保有量55,000多台，材料保有量130多萬噸，總經營性資產原值居國內首位；擁有207個服務網點，實現對100多個城市的覆蓋，已構建起面向未來的格局性優勢，並已啟動分拆上市進程。截至2020年12月31日，宏信建發總收入人民幣36.64億元，較上年度同比增長39.70%。淨利潤人民幣4.91億元，較上年度同比增長29.15%。宏信健康方面，在2020年8月以新品牌全新亮相起航。在2020年，堅持“百縣計劃”的戰略方向，提高內部效率整合，落實“三個一”模式，不僅作為公立醫療的有效補充馳援抗疫，體現出了社會擔當，同時在全年國內外疫情反覆的極度不利環境下取得了34.47億元人民幣的收入，同比提升18.35%，體現了運營模式的穩定，驗證了遠東辦醫模式的正確性。
集團在過去一年堅守“金融+產業”戰略方向，不斷提升綜合服務能力，深挖經營內涵，不斷探求發展新動力新引擎，財務結構不斷優化，實現了較好的經營業績：截至2020年末，集團資產總額達到了2,999.27億元人民幣，較上年同期提升約15.10%；全年實現總營業收入約290.42億元人民幣，較上年同比增長約8.14%；全年實現歸屬普通股股東淨利潤約45.76億元人民幣，同比增速約5.49%；平均權益收益率達到14.24%，維持在較高水平。董事局建議向於2021年6月21日名列公司股東名冊的股東，宣派末期股息每股0.36港元。
