奧園健康(03662.HK)公佈年度業績 淨利潤增長55.1% 在管收費建築面積大增174.2%
格隆匯3月29日丨奧園健康(03662.HK)公吿，截至2020年12月31日止年度，公司總收入為約人民幣14.08億元，同比上升56.3%；毛利為約人民幣4.81億元，較去年增長約42.8%，毛利率為約34.2%；淨利潤為約人民幣2.53億元，較去年增長55.1%；核心淨利潤為人民幣2.43億元，較去年增長59.3%；董事會建議派付末期股息每股人民幣0.14元。
期間物業管理服務分部收入為約人民幣10.75億元，較去年增長約66.3%。分部毛利為約人民幣3.34億元，毛利率為約31.1%。
商業運營服務分部收入為約人民幣3.33億元，較去年增長約31.0%。分部毛利為約人民幣1.47億元，毛利率為約44.1%。於2020年，新開業的3家商場由集團進行商業運營及管理服務。該等新開業商場增加商業運營服務在管合同建築面積約114,987平方米。
截至2020年12月31日，集團共為中國19個省、直轄市及自治區63個城市的346處物業提供物業管理服務，涉及在管收費建築面積約為4140萬平方米，同比增長174.2%。其中，集團於年內物業管理服務分部新增在管收費建築面積合計為2630萬平方米，集團還通過提供專業的前介服務、案場服務、悦服務、商寫服務、遊樂園服務、醫療衞生服務、院校服務等來不斷延伸各類型物業服務，豐富集團的收入流與增強集團的競爭優勢，同時深耕及開拓增值服務增加營收。
截至2020年12月31日，集團共向38個商場訂約提供商業運營服務，合同總建築面積約為180萬平方米，其中，集團訂約向25個合同總建築面積約為110萬平方米的商場提供開業後的商業運營及管理服務。於年內，集團商業運營服務分部新增的合同建築面積合計為627,000平方米。
年內，集團打造的物業服務+養老服務小區居家康養品牌“奧悦之家”於在管小區廣州番禺金業別墅花園、廣州蘿崗奧園廣場、中山愛琴海正式試業，並分別引進日本、香港養老經驗，讓業主在家門口就能享受到優質養老服務。集團康養服務還以“安全居家，快樂養老”為己任，打造小區適老化安全體驗場所和教育場所，讓子女與父母一起認識並瞭解安全居家理念。集團物業服務+養老服務的康養模式備受各界肯定，在2020羊城金牌養老機構評選中榮獲“最佳居家養老服務機構”榮譽。
公司表示，2021年，集團將持續密切關注新型冠狀病毒的發展情況，並評估疫情對集團財務及營運的影響，及時調整運營計劃及發展策略，以確保讓生活健康美麗的品牌理念得以有效推進，價值持續創造。
此外，集團將繼續專注開拓康養、綜合門診等業務，將大健康業務融合傳統業務，升級成為以家庭醫生、健康管家、生活管家為核心的三大服務體系，構建大健康產業的模塊化、資源整合、技術應用平台－健康雲。與產業基金合作，孵化資源模塊並應用於現有社區商業生態圏，以現有物業管理及商業運營服務生態，構建大健康產業孵化器。康養業務方面，集團將打造健康頤養、快樂頤養、學習頤養為核心的養老服務閉環，解決政府、社會、家庭養老難題，成為國內領軍的智慧健康養老平台服務商。
