格隆匯 3 月 30日丨 佳源國際控股(02768.HK)公吿,截至2020年12月31日止年度的末期業績,收益約人民幣183.63億元,同比增長14%;於2020年,集團的毛利增加13%至約人民幣59.36億元。截至2020年12月31日止年度,集團的毛利率為32%,維持與去年相同。核心淨利潤約為28.52億元,同比增長22%;基本每股盈利82.07分;建議派發末期股息(附有以股代息選擇權)每股15.5港仙(2019年末期股息:每股11港仙)。股息佔本公司權益股東應占核心利潤約20%。

集團順應國家政策,面對錯綜複雜的市場環境,積極應對,對內重組管理架構,優化體制機制,對外強調深耕發展,提高土地儲備,加大銷售力度,加快銷售回籠,整體經營業績保持了穩健增長的態勢。

集團深明土地儲備為房地產開發商賴以發展的重要基石。2020年集團投資拓展方面取得良好表現,全年通過招拍掛、收併購、合作開發和產業勾地等方式,以較低的溢價,新增實現土地儲備大幅增長,至2020年12月土儲量達到18百萬平方米,同比增長約27%,同時有效控制拿地成,新拿地平均成為每平方米人民幣2,727元,為持續穩健發展打下了紮實的基礎。於2020年內,集團明確對經濟、人口領跑的核心城市羣的佈局策略,首次進入了廣州、珠海、惠州和鄭州等一二線城市,提升了集團在粵港澳大灣區及華中地區的品牌影響力。

2020年底,集團長三角區域土儲貨值佔比58%,粵港澳灣區土儲貨值佔比26%,其中一二線土儲貨值佔比56%。

於2021年1月13日,集團與沈天晴("沈")訂立買賣協議("買賣協議"),收購沈私人所屬的5個位於青島及威海的優質項目,預計將為集團帶來1,624,854平方米優質土地儲備。
